What is Compliance Pathways?
A practical set of resources, organized the way you think.
The resources in Compliance Pathways are organized by subject matter, helping you find what you are looking for without having to know exactly which regulations apply to the topic you're researching. Resources are set up in departments that are most common for community bankers:
Resources found under this section are developed by our professional compliance staff and will explain the basic requirements for the rule/regulation - including summaries, overviews, FAQs and more
This is where various specific tools can be found to help you and your bank comply with rules/regulations such as: charts, forms, checklists and more that have been created by the Compliance Pathways professionals
Documents found in this section consists of Regulatory Press Releases, Regulatory guidance, State and Federal Statues, and any official publications that the Compliance Pathways staff deems worthy as a credible resource.
Policy and Procedures
We have very basic, simple policy and procedure samples for your use. We also offer bank policy reviews. Contact Janie for help with this service.
Training and Education
Under the training section, you will find training materials, recorded webinars, podcasts and more. For a complete list of Training and Educational opportunities, click on the Training and Education tab on the top banner.
Daily News Releases
The Daily News Press Releases are compiled from most of the Regulatory Agencies wrapped up in one email resource that members will receive daily. Our team reviews the press releases published by the agencies on a daily basis; then, creates a custom email that is sent to our members the very next morning.
What's Keeping Me Up Weekly Update
The What's Keeping Me Up electronic newsletter will explore one topic each week, some banking related and others not, and the potential impact on your bank.
Compass Monthly Newsletter
On the third Friday of each month, we will provide you with an update on what’s new with the program, in addition to the regular “What’s Keeping Me Up.” The newsletter will include the most recent version of Capitol Comments (non-Texas version) and new resources available to you on the website. We are adding new content each week, so keep checking online and let us know if there is a hot topic you’d like to see added in the near future.
