Women in Community Banking is a forum where women at all levels of the community banking industry can come together to share, learn, and grow from one another’s experiences during a day-long conference specifically tailored for women.
The IBAT Education Foundation carries on the tradition of bringing women together to take a deep dive into areas of banking such as accounting, legal, compliance and employment while touching on the hard-hitting topics of leadership and regulatory through robust panel discussions.
This year's conference will be held on Thursday, October 23 with an opening reception Wednesday, October 22.
