HOTEL
IBAT's Winter Summit will return to the beautiful Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, Colorado. The resort is located at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain and offers convenient access to skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, shopping, ice skating, fly fishing, food and wine tours, and more. In addition, attendees will receive a discount at both the ski rental shop and hotel spa. 

A block of rooms at discounted rates is available if reserved by Wednesday, January 5, 2022. After registering for the summit, you will receive an email with a link to book your hotel room. Alternatively, you may click here to reserve a hotel room now. 

Discounted rates* are as follows:
One (1) Bedroom Residence Standard View: $420  ||  Studio Suite Standard View: $299

*Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 12.4%, or the following automatic or mandatory charges: resort fee $35 per room per night and $35 parking per car per day.

IMPORTANT HOTEL CANCELATION POLICY
Individual Guest Deposits: No initial deposit is required at the time of reservation. Thirty days before arrival, guests will be charged 100% of their stay, and it will be non-refundable at that time.

Airport options include Eagle County Regional Airport (26 miles) or Denver International Airport (131 miles). Visit the hotel or airport website for more information on getting to the resort.

                        


Tax Information
The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms to inform the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $325. Under current tax law, 50% of this amount is deductible as an ordinary business expense. Don't hesitate to get in touch with your accountant or tax advisor for further details.

Registration Cancellation Policy 
Registration cancellations received on or before January 12 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received  January 13-19 will refund less a $125 administration fee. Any cancellations received after January 19 will not be refunded. Substitutions are allowed and encouraged.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IBAT meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IBAT's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
