2021 Strategic Management Forum
Post-COVID reality has community bankers considering several strategic concerns from new technology needs to efficiency plays and unique considerations for their growth prospects in the future.

IBAT has envisioned a series of “Strategic Management Forums” to be held around the State, explicitly addressing the questions of strategy – be those competitive, technology, governance, etc.

IBAT’s Strategic Management Forums are a one-day program for the management team of Texas community banks. The program is designed to serve as a precursor to the bank’s formal strategic planning process by providing an overview of various topics that warrant further exploration by forward-thinking community banks.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made within five business days of the program start date are subject to a $125 processing fee. Cancellations made on or after the start date are non-refundable. You may substitute another person in your place at any time before the program date by emailing Monica Lopez at [email protected].  Course materials will be sent to registrants who are unable to attend the program.

Tax Information
The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms to inform the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $200. Under current tax law, 50% of this amount is deductible as an ordinary business expense. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for further details.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IBAT meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IBAT’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
