One challenge that is top of mind for all community bankers is succeeding in a highly competitive marketplace. That is why the IBAT Education Foundation created the Human Resources and Operations Summit, April 24-25, 2018 at the Omni Mandalay in Irving.

This Summit will provide an overview of recent regulatory changes, litigation of interest and practical recommendations for implementation at community banks while specifically addressing employment compliance priorities, HR audit, employee engagement strategies, hiring and nurturing generations, vendor management and more.

Tax Deduction: The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms, which informs the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $325. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for further details.

Cancellation
Cancellations received less than five (5) banking days prior to the seminar date are not refundable. Cancellations received more than five (5) business days prior to the seminar date must be received in writing and are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. Maximum of one (1) transfer or substitution per registration.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IBAT meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IBAT’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
