The current pandemic crisis has caused unprecedented change and uncertainty in workplaces, especially the banking industry. Continuing Education - CE and CPE credits can only be claimed by participating in the conference during the designated virtual date and time. CPE Max # Allowable: 3.5. Attendees must remain in the session for a minimum of 150 minutes and report on all attendance checks during the session to receive credit towards CPE.

Cancellation Policy - Any cancellations made within five business days of the program start date are subject to a $125 processing fee. Cancellations made on or after the start date are non-refundable. You may substitute another person in your place at any time prior to the program date by informing the registrar.  Course materials will be sent to registrants who are unable to attend the program.

Tax Information - The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms to inform the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $0. Under current tax law 50% of this amount is deductible as an ordinary business expense. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for further details.
