There is still an immense amount of critical information community bank compliance officers need to know in order to remain compliant. This in-depth program will teach skills and provide necessary instruction for the perpetually busy compliance staff trying to keep up.
Consistently one of our most well-reviewed programs of the year, this conference is designed so that compliance and/or operations officers may choose a one-day, two-day or three-day registration based on individual needs: 

Day 1 Lending compliance which will include flood insurance rules, CRA & HMDA updates, among other topics
Day 2 Compliance overlap issues will include compliance for commercial customers, cannabis banking update, and will include a Q & A session with our presenters. 
Day 3 Operations compliance day will cover ODP, unclaimed property, ACH rules, and a BSA update. 

This three-day program will include a combination of both lecture and case studies and features key instructors Karen Neeley, IBAT’s General Counsel and attorney with Kennedy Sutherland LLP, and IBAT’s Regulatory Compliance Senior Manager, Kelly Goulart, CRCM, CAMS, CIA.

Tax Deduction: The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms, which informs the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $200. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for further details.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations made within five business days of the program start date are subject to a $125 processing fee. Cancellations made on or after the start date are non-refundable.
