2022 Compliance Summit


About the Program

IBAT’s Compliance Summit gives professionals in-depth, content-rich discussions that address critically important topics. As compliance expectations continue to compound, keeping up with the latest regulatory changes and compliance issues can be more than a full-time job and this year’s in-person conference will feature a wide variety of general sessions led by industry experts and regulators. This two-and-a-half-day educational summit is designed to help compliance professionals stay current with and function confidently in the rapidly changing regulatory environment.

*A certificate of completion will be available to attendees after the event. You must participate throughout the program and sign in at the registration desk to obtain your certificate. These items are required to receive your certificate. Please note each person must be a registered attendee to be eligible for credit. Certificates will be emailed no later than thirty days following the Summit.

Tax Information
The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms to inform the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $325. Under current tax law 50% of this amount is deductible as an ordinary business expense. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for further details.
   Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made within five business days of the program start date are subject to a $175 processing fee. Cancellations made on or after the start date are non-refundable. You may substitute another person in your place at any time prior to the program date by informing the registrar.  Course materials will be sent to registrants who are unable to attend the program.
