Representative David Spiller serves Texas House District 68, a vast rural district spanning 12 counties across North and Central Texas. A lifelong Jacksboro resident, David is a Christian, conservative Republican, and experienced attorney with over 35 years of legal practice. He owns Spiller Title—one of Texas' oldest family-owned title companies—and practices law alongside his two sons. In the Texas House, David champions border security, lower taxes, rural healthcare and education, property and water rights, and expanding broadband access. He has earned recognition as a Faith & Family Champion, a Courageous Conservative, and one of the most conservative legislators by the Young Conservatives of Texas. David and his wife, Ginger, a longtime educator, have two sons and four grandchildren. The Spillers are active members of First Baptist Church of Jacksboro.
