Dove Hunt Schedule:
2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Registration
3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Hunt*
6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Reception
7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Dinner
*Shooters need to bring their own shotgun,
ear/eye protection, shells, and a valid TX Hunting License that is HIP Certified.		  
Mixology Class Schedule:
4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Registration
5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Mixology Class**
6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Reception
7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Dinner
*Don't like to hunt?  Join us for a cocktail mixology class that includes 3 cocktails each guest will learn to make and enjoy!

 

Event Fees:
Dove Hunt & Steak Dinner: $250
Mixology Class & Steak Dinner: $125
Steak Dinner Only: $80

Platinum Sponsors - $1,200
Two complimentary registrations plus your company name and logo will be placed on the sponsor signage at the event, and your company's name will be announced at the event.  You also have the opportunity to pass out goodies with your company logo.
