2021 Annual Connecting Leaders Conference
We weren’t able to be together in Galveston for Connecting Leaders Conference in 2020, so we brought the best of the conference to you virtually. In 2021, we're hopeful to see everyone in person and we are planning to host our first live event in more than a year! Join us in Grapevine at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center this June, and bring the family!

Hotel Reservations - Reserve your room by May 20 to receive a discounted rate of $189, plus taxes and fees. After registering for the conference, you will receive an email with a link to make your hotel reservation.

Cancellation Policy - Registration cancellations received on or before May 26 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received between May 27 and June 1 will be refunded less a $175 administration fee. Any cancellations received after June 1 will not be refunded. Substitutions are allowed and encouraged. 

Special Needs - Persons with disabilities who plan to attend these meetings and who may need auxiliary aids or services are requested to contact IBAT at least 14 days in advance of these meetings so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

Additional Registration Information - The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms which informs the attendee of the amount of the registration fee representing food and beverage. We estimate the food cost portion of your registration fee is $456.42. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for any tax advice.
