Hosted by the Education Foundation of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas, this two day event is designed to help you Educate, Develop, Guide and Empower your team to take the next steps in their careers, for the good of your bank and its customers.
Attendees will be able to pick from 54 breakout sessions, divided into six tracks: Compliance, Credit/Lending, Human Resources, Leadership and Strategy, Marketing, and Operations.

Tax Information
The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms to inform the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $300. Under current tax law 50% of this amount is deductible as an ordinary business expense.
