2025 51st Annual Convention


IBAT’s Annual Convention is a four-day event that takes an in-depth look at key issues impacting the banking industry, specifically those related to community banks. Join us at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel, September 20-23, for everything you’ve come to expect from an IBAT event: great keynote speakers, educational breakout sessions, regulatory updates, awards, peer-to-peer resource sharing opportunities and networking and entertainment options, including the Chairman’s Opening Party and PAC Auction/Dinner.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty equal to one night's room and tax.
 
Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected].  Any cancellations made on or before September 5, 2025 are subject to a $275 processing fee. Cancellations after September 5, 2025 are non-refundable as our obligations to the Omni Fort Worth will be locked in. You may substitute another person in your place at any time prior to the program date by informing the registrar.

Persons with disabilities who plan to attend these meetings and who may need auxiliary aids or services are requested to contact IBAT at least 14 days in advance of these meetings so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
  Tax Information (if applicable)
The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms to inform the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $605. Under current tax law 50% of this amount is deductible as an ordinary business expense. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for further details.
