Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Any cancellations made on or before September 20, 2024 are subject to a $275 processing fee. Cancellations after September 20, 2024 are non-refundable as our obligations to the Grand Hyatt will be locked in. You may substitute another person in your place at any time prior to the program date by informing the registrar.

Tax Information (if applicable)
The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms to inform the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $605. Under current tax law 50% of this amount is deductible as an ordinary business expense. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for further details.
