2021 47th Annual Convention
IBAT’s Annual Convention is a four-day event that takes an in-depth look at key issues impacting the banking industry, specifically those related to community banks. General sessions (often featuring renowned national speakers), learning labs, regulator roundtables and banker-peer resource sharing sessions are offered on the education front. Networking opportunities and entertainment options, including the Chairman’s Opening Party, PAC Auction/Dinner and Songwriters’ Showcase, round out the Convention schedule.

This year's convention will be held at the Omni Barton Creek Resort and Spa in Austin, Texas on September 18-21. 

Convention Attendee Rates:
IBAT Leadership Division members: $845
IBAT members (who are not Leadership Division members): $885
Non-Member & Non-Associate Member: $1,035

Spouse/Guest Rates:
IBAT Bank/Associate Member Spouse: $595
Non-Member/Non-Associate Spouse: $695

Overflow Convention Hotel Information:
Thank you for supporting IBAT’s 47th Annual Convention. Due to the strong interest in this year’s convention, the Omni Barton Creek Resort room block is sold out. The overflow property is the Hotel Granduca, located close by on the Capital of Texas Highway. The Granduca is four miles and 10 minutes from the Convention property.

Hotel Granduca Reservations:
After registering for the convention you will receive an email containing a link to book a hotel room. You must Reserve your hotel room by September 7 to receive the discounted rate of $219, plus taxes and fees. Alternatively, you may click here to reserve a hotel room. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.

*Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 6%, or the following automatic or mandatory charges: resort fee $25 per room per night and $15 self-parking per car per day.

Hotel Deposit:
Upon reserving a hotel room, your credit card will be charged a deposit of one nights room and tax. 

Hotel Cancelation Policy:
Any guaranteed reservation not canceled 48 hours before the arrival will be charged one night room and tax. 


Special Needs:
Persons with disabilities who plan to attend these meetings and who may need auxiliary aids or services are requested to contact IBAT at least 14 days in advance of these meetings so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

Cancellation Policy
(All cancellations must be received in writing.) We are extending the ability for attendees to cancel convention registration with a full refund until end-of-day on Thursday, September 9.  After September 9th, our obligations to the Omni Barton Creek will be locked in and we will be unable to offer refunds.  (Substitutions are allowed and encouraged.)

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IBAT meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IBAT’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Tax Information:
The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms which informs the attendee of the amount of the registration fee representing food and beverage. We estimate the food cost portion of your registration fee is $456.42. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for any tax advice.
