2024 Bank Operations Institute

The Bank Operations Institute (BOI) is a two-year* banking program that provides practical bank management and leadership strategies necessary for successful community bank operations. It leads the training field in preparing community bankers for banking in the 21st century.

  • Sunday, November 10 | 7:00-9:00 p.m.: Optional Happy Hour
  • Monday, November 11 | 8 a.m.: Sessions begin
  • Thursday, November 14 | Noon: The last session ends

Registration Fees and Hotel Details

 

 Registration Fees:  $2,250/person

 Discounted Room Rate:   $212/night +tax (rate includes complimentary self-parking, breakfast for one and Wi-Fi in room)

 Hotel Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation, it must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival. 

Tuition Policy 
Tuition includes course materials, all meals and refreshments both days.   
 
   Registration Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made five business days before the program are subject to a $375 processing fee. Cancellations made after five business days are non-refundable.
Tax Information
The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms to inform the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $1,100. Under current tax law, 50% of this amount is deductible as an ordinary business expense.
