Dr. Julie Bell joined Chartwell Partners to lead the firm’s suite of Leadership Advisory services which includes Succession Planning, Executive Assessments, Board Advisory, Executive Coaching and Keynote Speaking.

She brings a 25-year track record of partnering with organizations and individuals in their quest to maximize performance. Dr. Julie is a leader in the executive coaching industry with her development of The Simple Coaching Conversation, Relationship Based Coaching and Technology Assisted Coaching.
 
Julie earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and a Masters and Doctorate of Sport Psychology from the University of Virginia, where she studied under Dr. Bob Rotella. She has served as adjunct faculty at Oklahoma State University and SMU. Her book, Performance Intelligence at Work, was published in 2009 by McGraw-Hill. She lives in Dallas with her husband, Nelson, and their three children.

Leann Sanchez is the President and Chief Operations Officer of First National Bank in Moody, Texas, a bank that has been committed to serving its community since 1893. While at First National Bank, Sanchez served as the bank’s Compliance and BSA Officer. Prior to her time in banking, she worked in the non-profit sector giving her a unique perspective as she serves in her current role.

In addition to her responsibilities at the bank, Sanchez is involved with outside organizations including the Moody Independent School District Advisory Council and Moody Independent School District Texas Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (T-STEM) Advisory Board.

Sanchez is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking (SWGSB) at Southern Methodist University, and Independent Bankers Association of Texas Bank Operations Institute and Bank Lending Institute. She and her husband, Joel, live in Moody and have three children.

 

Reed Williams is the President and CEO of Brady National Bank, the oldest bank in McCulloch County. Throughout his career, Williams has held a variety of positions such as AVP, VP, SVP and Chief Lending Officer, each offering him a unique perspective of the community banking landscape.

In addition to his role within the bank, Williams shares his time with outside organizations including his position as Board President for the Brady Independent School District and Past President of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas Leadership Division.

Williams is a graduate of Tarleton State University and Southwestern Graduate School of Banking (SWGSB). In his spare time, he coaches T-ball and has led an undefeated team for five years, and as an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, he spends his Sunday afternoons in the fall cheering them on. Williams married his high school sweetheart, Danielle, and lives in Brady with their three daughters.
