2019 CFO Summit
Not long ago community bank CFOs' main concerns were financial reporting, expenses, accounting regulations and funding. In the current environment, CFOs are now facing a variety of additional responsibilities, including cost management, increasing capital, expanding into new markets, and acquisitions. The strategic role that a CFO plays on a daily basis is critical to a community bank’s survival.


This event provides 11 hours of Continuing Education Credit hours (CEU’s) and 13 CPE hours.

Hotel Accomodations: After your registration is processed, you will receive an email with a link to make your hotel reservation. Alternatively, registrants may call IBAT at 512-275-2213 and make their hotel accommodations through Lauren Staton. Reservations in the block are at the discounted rate of $190/night and should be made prior to Wednesday, April 17.  

Tax Deduction: The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms, which informs the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $200. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for further details.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations made within five business days of the program start date are subject to a $125 processing fee. Cancellations made on or after the start date are non-refundable. 

Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IBAT meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IBAT’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
