 Hotel Cancellation Policy: 72 hours, or more, prior to arrival to receive full refund. Less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival forfeits one night room plus tax.

Cancellation Policy 
All cancellations must be received in writing to Mandy Robinson.  Any cancellations made on or before May 25, 2026, are subject to a $275.00 processing fee. Cancellations after May 25, 2026, are non-refundable. You may substitute another person in your place at any time prior to the program date by informing the registrar.  Course materials will be sent to registrants who are unable to attend the program.
   Tax Information 
The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms to inform the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $300. Under current tax law 50% of this amount is deductible as an ordinary business expense. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for further details.
