In this “first of its kind” program, the Independent Bankers Association of Texas will be taking on the perennial hot topic of vendor management. Proper vendor due diligence goes beyond just meeting regulatory expectations, it is where performance management and risk management meet. Vendor relationships can support customer growth and service – helping community banks achieve more than they ever could alone. But community bankers must also maintain a robust due diligence program to monitor for the risks that accompany any third-party relationship.

Continuing Education - CE and CPE credits can only be claimed by participating in the conference during the designated virtual date and time. CPE Max # Allowable: 5. Attendees must remain in the session for a minimum of 270 minutes (combined two day total) and report on all attendance checks during the session to receive credit towards CPE.

Cancellation Policy - Any cancellations made within five business days of the program start date are subject to a $125 processing fee. Cancellations made on or after the start date are non-refundable. You may substitute another person in your place at any time prior to the program date by informing the registrar.  Course materials will be sent to registrants who are unable to attend the program.

Tax Information - The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms to inform the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $0. Under current tax law 50% of this amount is deductible as an ordinary business expense. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for further details.
