2021 M&A or Stay Summit

2021 M&A or Stay Summit
ABOUT M&A
Could 2021 and 2022 promise to be banner years for bank M&A? Pandemic woes caused bank M&A activity to grind to a near halt in 2020. Buyers walked away from deals, and sellers placed plans on hold. But, with the hopeful promise of effective COVID-19 vaccines and a predicted economic rebound, bank M&A is on the rebound.

Join us for the IBAT 2021 M&A or Stay Summit. This day-and-a-half long working session is comprised of presentations covering a vast array of issues related to community bank mergers and acquisitions. At the end of the workshop, you will break out into smaller groups to allow for individual questions to be posed to each of the presenters for greater personalization.

This workshop is a unique banker-only event. IBAT’s overriding goal is to make the workshop the most educational and informative community bank M&A educational event that you will ever attend.
