Tax Deduction: The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms, which informs the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations made within five business days of the program start date are subject to a $125 processing fee. Cancellations made on or after the start date are non-refundable.
