2018 Credit Analysis Summit
This one-day program is designed to introduce critical financial and non-financial credit analysis considerations, documentation, monitoring and other important factors central to the review of most major loan types. The program emphasizes ratio analysis, balance sheet and income statement trends, SFAS 95 cash flow analysis and non-financial considerations critical to sound underwriting principles.

The Summit will be held at TIB's state of the art training facility from 8:30am to 3:30pm and includes, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks. The course is taught by Merrill Reynolds, a 30+ year banking veteran and partner and founder of RGW, Reynolds Williams Group.

Who Should Attend
This summit will benefit real estate lenders and others involved with lending on real estate, loan review personnel, credit administration, accountants, other consultants, and regulators.

Tax Deduction: The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms, which informs the attendee of the registration fee amount representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $100. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for further details.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations made within five business days of the program start date are subject to a $125 processing fee. Cancellations made on or after the start date are non-refundable.
