2017 43rd Annual Convention
IBAT’s Annual Convention is a four-day event that takes an in-depth look at key issues impacting the banking industry, specifically those related to community banks. General sessions (often featuring renowned national speakers), learning labs, regulator roundtables and banker-peer resource sharing sessions are offered on the education front. Networking opportunities and entertainment options, including the Chairman’s Tailgate Party, PAC Auction/Dinner and Songwriters’ Late Show, round out the Convention schedule.

 IBAT 43rd Annual Convention – Registration Information

The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms which informs the attendee of the amount of the registration fee representing food and beverage.  We estimate the food cost portion of your registration fee is $531.50.  Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for any tax advice.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Persons with disabilities who plan to attend these meetings and who may need auxiliary aids or services are requested to contact IBAT at least 14 days in advance of these meetings so that appropriate arrangements can be made.


IBAT CONVENTION CANCELLATION POLICY

(All cancellations must be received in writing.)  Cancellations received on or before September 1 will be refunded in full.  Cancellations received September 2-8 will be refunded less a $205 administrative fee per person, and all cancellations received on or after September 9 will not be refunded.  (Substitutions are allowed and encouraged.)

Banker/Associate full registration includes:

  • Saturday – Chairman’s Tailgate Party
  • Sunday – Education Sessions, General Session & Luncheon; Exhibits; Reception
  • Monday – Breakfast; Education Sessions; Exhibits; Luncheon; General Session, Hospitality Suites; Auction; Songwriters
  • Tuesday – Brunch; General Session; Education Sessions; also includes any educational materials and breaks.

Spouse/Guest full registration includes:

  • Saturday – Chairman’s Tailgate Party
  • Sunday – Luncheon; Reception
  • Monday – Breakfast; Luncheon; Hospitality Suites; Auction; Songwriters
  • Tuesday – Brunch

Note: Spouses and Guests may also purchase individual event tickets at a higher fee.  A ticket order form will be available upon request and will be included with all FULL registrant confirmations.

CONSENT TO USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IBAT meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IBAT’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
